Fibre port ready
Install anytime. All speed tiers usually available. Often strongest promo (NGGB).
Confirm if Maxis Fibre is available at your house — port status, available speeds, and current promo. Free check, instant reply via WhatsApp.
Maxis Fibre coverage is address-level — two houses on the same road can have different port status. The only reliable way to check is with your full house address + unit/block. We verify coverage, speed tiers, and current promo in the Maxis system, then reply via WhatsApp.
Submit your full address — we check in the Maxis system and reply on WhatsApp with port status, available speeds, and the exact promo for your location.
No obligation · Usually reply within business hours · Fibre not available? We'll check 5G Home WiFi too
After we check your address in the Maxis system, your coverage typically falls into one of four outcomes:
Install anytime. All speed tiers usually available. Often strongest promo (NGGB).
Few ports left. Apply soon to avoid waiting list — especially in dense condos.
Port-full, block under management restriction, or address mismatch. See fix guide →
We'll check Maxis 5G Home WiFi signal as a plug-and-play alternative.
Maxis Fibre runs primarily on TM's HSBB fibre network (same physical fibre as Unifi) with additional Maxis-owned fibre in selected zones. Coverage is nationwide, but availability still depends on your exact street, block, and unit.
⚠ Important: Listing a state or city does NOT mean every address is covered. Within each area, coverage depends on NGGB zone, fibre port density, building type, and whether the port is full. Always check your specific address.
If Maxis Fibre is not available at your address, Maxis 5G Home WiFi is the wireless alternative — plug-and-play using the 5G/4G signal, no civil work needed. Coverage is expanding fast across Malaysia but still depends on signal quality at your location.
💡 Home WiFi rebate active (1 Feb–30 Apr 2026):
Your coverage outcome and promo depend on which port type your address falls under. This is why two neighbours can get different pricing.
Newer development zones. Often strongest promo — free months, lifetime rebate, plus biggest bundle (iPad/TV).
Older neighbourhoods with established fibre. Standard promo, lifetime rebate, bundle options depend on campaign.
Brand new developments wiring up for the first time. May have waiting period, but strong long-term promo.
⚠ "Port full" reality: Even in NGGB or brownfield zones, if the local distribution point is at capacity, your address may show "no port" until Maxis/TM expands capacity. Read the port-full fix guide →
In most Malaysian locations, Maxis and Unifi share the same underlying TM HSBB fibre infrastructure. Your coverage result can differ between providers based on port allocation and campaign priority.

Fibre coverage is assigned per-address based on port availability at the local distribution point. If your neighbour signed up earlier, they may have taken the last port in your zone. New port capacity is added periodically — we can check if your address is on the upcoming expansion list.
At the last mile (the fibre cable into your house), yes — both Maxis and Unifi mostly use TM's HSBB fibre infrastructure. After the cable enters your premise, the routing, IP, plan structure, and customer service are all Maxis's own. That's why coverage results can differ between the two providers even on the same physical cable.
Common reasons: (1) local port is full despite the area being "covered"; (2) building management hasn't approved in-unit fibre installation; (3) address mismatch between Maxis and TM records; (4) "coming soon" status hasn't cleared. See our dedicated "Coverage but cannot apply" fix guide for solutions.
Current Raya Converge Deals (10–30 Apr 2026) for Maxis Postpaid customers on new Home Fibre 500Mbps/1Gbps: choose FREE iPad 11″ 128GB, FREE 55″ Samsung TV, or FREE 3 Months. 300Mbps (RM99) gets FREE 3 Months only. Exact promo depends on your address's port type (NGGB, brownfield) and current campaign eligibility.
We check Maxis 5G Home WiFi signal strength at your address. If signal is strong enough, Home WiFi gives you plug-and-play wireless broadband from RM99/mth (with RM20 rebate currently). If signal is weak too, we'll give you an honest "not suitable" answer instead of pushing a poor product.
Maxis Fibre needs a physical fibre cable to your house (requires port availability and installation). Maxis 5G Home WiFi uses the 5G/4G mobile network wirelessly — no cable, just plug in a router. 5G coverage depends on cell tower proximity and indoor signal strength, which we check separately from fibre coverage.
In hot-demand zones (new townships, dense condos, areas with aggressive promo), ports can fill within weeks. In established areas with steady demand, slower. If your coverage check shows "limited port", we recommend signing up the same week — waiting list can stretch 1–3 months while Maxis/TM adds capacity.
No. The coverage check is free with zero obligation. Even if your address is fibre-ready, you can take the information and decide later. If we confirm coverage and you prefer to sign up another day, that's fine — just message us again when ready.
Yes — and you should give block/tower + unit number, not just the building name. Coverage can differ by block in the same condo (one block ready, another pending). Management approval for in-unit installation also varies. See our condo fibre guide for details.
The Raya Converge Deals run from 1 March to 30 April 2026, with the FREE iPad option available specifically from 10–30 April 2026 while stocks last. After 30 April, the promo structure typically changes — we'll update our pages within 24 hours of the new campaign launch.
The official Maxis coverage checker gives a general availability view but doesn't always reflect real-time port status or NGGB-specific promo eligibility. As a dealer, we check the internal system which shows exact port availability, speed tiers, and which promo applies to your address — so the answer is more precise.
One message, one address, one clear answer. Port status + available speeds + exact promo — all before you commit to anything.
