Home WiFi doesn't use a fibre cable — it uses 4G/5G wireless signal from nearby Maxis towers. This means:

⚠ May struggle when:
Indoor signal is weak (thick concrete, deep inside building), during peak evening hours when towers are congested, or in rural areas with limited tower density.
Key point: Home WiFi coverage is NOT the same as fibre coverage. Having fibre at your address doesn't tell you about 4G/5G signal, and vice versa. We check both separately when you send your address.
