Why can coverage differ inside the same condo?
Some condos have fibre ports only in certain towers or floors. Even if the building is covered, your unit may still require a different riser route or a port check.
Do most Sarawak condos need management approval?
Usually yes. Many condos require guardhouse registration, installer timing rules, and sometimes a management work permit. Use the management guide before scheduling to reduce reschedules.
