Want the iPad or TV but stuck on 300Mbps? Upgrading to 500Mbps costs +RM40/mth × 24 months = RM960 extra. But you unlock the iPad (RM1,599) or TV (RM2,699) — both worth far more than the upgrade cost. The math favours upgrading if you actually need the device.

How the Device Bundle Process Works

Check address + stock
Send your full address. We verify fibre coverage at your unit, check current iPad/TV stock availability, and confirm which plans are bundled at your location.

Sign up at MC/MEP/FDS
You must sign up through a Maxis Centre (MC), Maxis Exclusive Partner (MEP), or Fibre Direct Sales (FDS) channel. New Postpaid customers convert to Maxis Unlimited Postpaid at the same time. You also provide biometric + documents + device advance payment (if required).

Fibre installed first
Maxpert team schedules installation (usually 1–3 days). The device is NOT delivered on signup day — you must wait until after fibre is successfully installed.

Device delivered after install
Once fibre is installed, the iPad is shipped via SWAP (Maxis's device fulfilment partner) and the TV is delivered via MTT. Delivery takes a few working days to your home address.

Rebate applied to your bill
The device Zerolution instalment appears on your Maxis bill alongside fibre. Because the RM30/month rebate fully offsets the instalment, you pay RM0 extra for the device over 36 months.

FAQ — Maxis Fibre Device Bundle

Is the FREE iPad really back?

Yes. Maxis officially reintroduced the FREE iPad 11" 11 GEN 128GB WiFi (RRP RM1,599) effective 10 April 2026 as part of the Home Fibre Raya Converge Deals. It's available for Maxis Postpaid customers signing up new Home Fibre 500Mbps or 1Gbps. The offer is valid from 10–30 April 2026 only, subject to stock availability.

Can 300Mbps customers get the iPad or Samsung TV?

No. The FREE iPad and FREE 55" Samsung TV are only available for Home Fibre 500Mbps and 1Gbps plans. 300Mbps customers get FREE 3 Months only. To unlock the device, you'd need to upgrade to 500Mbps (+RM40/mth).

Can I get a device bundle without Maxis Postpaid?

No. The Raya Converge Deals (iPad, TV, and 3 Months) are exclusive to Maxis Postpaid customers. Non-postpaid (standalone fibre) customers get a different, smaller promo — RM10 × 24 months rebate only, no device bundle. You must be on or willing to convert to a Maxis Unlimited Postpaid (MUP) plan.

Can I get BOTH a device AND FREE 3 Months?

No. You can only pick ONE gift. The options are either-or: FREE iPad OR FREE Samsung TV OR FREE 3 Months. You cannot combine them, and they're not stackable with other ongoing Maxis offers.

How does the Home Zerolution 36-month contract work?

Home Zerolution adds the device cost as a monthly instalment on your Maxis bill over 36 months. Because Maxis applies a RM30 × 36 months rebate that fully offsets the instalment, you pay RM0 extra for the device. Early termination may trigger penalties. Subject to Maxis credit approval — customers with outstanding Maxis payments are not eligible.

When does the device bundle arrive?

After your Home Fibre is successfully installed. The process is: (1) sign up at MC/MEP/FDS, (2) Maxpert installs fibre in 1–3 days, (3) once installation is confirmed, the device order is fulfilled via SWAP (iPad) or MTT (TV), (4) delivery takes a few working days to your home. You cannot claim the device before fibre installation is complete.

What happens if fibre cannot be installed at my address?

If fibre cannot be installed due to coverage, port-full, or non-serviceable area, the entire Raya Converge Deal offer (including the device bundle) does not apply. This is why checking coverage by exact address BEFORE committing is critical. Coming-soon areas, missing unit registries, and port-full situations are all excluded from the promo.
