Under the current Football Fever campaign, the safer wording is not "FREE iPad." Eligible 1Gbps customers can get Apple iPad 11" from RM1/month (effectively free over the 36-month device contract), while 500Mbps customers get the same iPad from RM10/month. The Raya-era "FREE iPad" framing from April 2026 is no longer the active offer.

No. Football Fever Converge Deals (iPad, Tab, TVs, and FREE 3 Months) are exclusive to Maxis Postpaid customers who combine the postpaid line and new Home Fibre under one account. Standalone fibre customers (without Maxis Postpaid) get a different, smaller promo — a RM10 × 24 months rebate only, no device bundle. You must be on, or willing to convert to, a Maxis Unlimited Postpaid plan.
No. You can only pick ONE reward. The options are either-or: FREE 3 Months, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Apple iPad 11", TCL 55" Google TV, or Samsung 55" TV. You cannot combine them, and rewards are not stackable with other ongoing Maxis offers.
The home device add-on (Tab, iPad, TVs) is structured as a monthly device instalment on your Maxis bill over 36 months. The campaign rebate is applied each month to bring the net cost down to the advertised tier (RM1/mth or RM10/mth). Early termination may trigger penalties on the unfulfilled balance. Subject to Maxis credit approval — customers with outstanding Maxis payments are typically not eligible.
After your Home Fibre is successfully installed. The sequence is: (1) sign up via authorised Maxis channel, (2) installation team installs fibre (typically 3–10 working days for ready addresses), (3) once fibre is confirmed active, the device order is fulfilled, (4) delivery takes a few working days to your home. You cannot claim the device before fibre installation is complete.
Yes. From 18 May to 19 July 2026, signing up a new Maxis Home Fibre service, upgrading a plan, or buying a new device on a Maxis service counts as one auto-enrolled entry into the Olé, Olé Boleh World Cup contest, with over RM1,000,000 in prizes. There is no separate form to fill — for fibre, the entry is tied to confirmed installation. Winners are verified and published by Maxis.
If fibre cannot be installed due to coverage, port-full, or non-serviceable area, the entire Football Fever Converge Deal — including the device bundle — does not apply. This is why checking coverage by exact address BEFORE committing is critical. Coming-soon developments, missing unit registries, and port-full situations are all excluded from the campaign.
